- Signature: Includes 25 copies; extras available from $75 each (volume discounts apply for 50+ copies).
- Luxe: Includes 50 copies; extras available from $65 each (volume discounts for 75+ copies).
- Couture: Includes 100 copies; extras available from $55 each (volume discounts for 150+ copies).
- Reorders placed within 12 months of the initial print run receive preferential pricing; after 12 months, a new quote will apply to reflect any changes in print materials or production costs.
Standard binding is determined by your collection (Signature: saddle-stitch or upgrade; Luxe & Couture: perfect-bound standard). Should you desire elevated finishes — like foil stamping, embossing, edge-painting, or soft-touch lamination — we’ll present you with bespoke upgrade options. These are priced individually and quoted based on your materials selection and print run.
Need to accelerate your timeline? We offer an expedited slot for an additional fee of $1,000, depending on current production schedules, available only for projects that have confirmed content, deposit paid and do not exceed the maximum page-count of the collection.
Should the project be put on hold by the client, OR major scope changes occur after design commencement (for example: page count increase, print run change, binding change), a $300–$500 resume fee will apply and the production timeline will restart from design approval. This ensures your project remains prioritized and protects our limited studio capacity.
While we strive to quote accurately, the high-end print industry experiences fluctuations. If material, printing or shipping costs increase above 5% after contract signing and before print production, we reserve the right to adjust your final quote. You will always receive written notification and must approve any adjustment before proceeding.

A “revision round” is defined as a full proof review; minor edits after final approval are billed at $150/hour. Delays beyond 3 business days to submit feedback may impact schedule and incur additional fees.
- You will provide final approved text (for each feature, caption, etc.) and high-resolution photographs by the date we agree in your onboarding timeline.
- We offer stylized image editing (color adjustment, toning, visual mood alignment) to ensure images match the editorial aesthetic you commissioned. Please note: full retouching (removing major elements, body‐alterations) is not included or offered.
- Please deliver photographs that are suitably large for print—meaning files captured at professional quality so they remain crisp when enlarged. If your files do not meet our required standard, Scripta Studios will provide an optional file-upgrade service, which we will quote separately. The standard fee for this service is $125/hour for sourcing, converting, or adjusting imagery.
Your final text and image files must be delivered by the date in your onboarding timeline. If files are missing, too low resolution, corrupted, or in an incorrect format, production will pause until we agree on a path forward. - You confirm that you have the legal rights and permissions to use all text and photos you submit. You agree to indemnify Scripta Studios and Whitney Hosea against any third-party claims arising from the use of unauthorized material.
- If your materials are delayed past the agreed due date, the project timeline will shift accordingly and may trigger our $300–$500 project-resume fee (see Pause & Scope Change).
- If additional image sourcing, major image edits beyond standard scope, or late-arriving content are required, those services fall outside the original scope and will be billed at $125/hour.
- You will receive a print-proof of your magazine. Once you approve it (within 3 business days), we proceed with full production. At that point, Scripta Studios is no longer responsible for print defects beyond standard industry tolerances.
- Upon final delivery, Scripta Studios retains copyright of the design and layout. You receive the agreed print copy run and a digital archive version. Unless otherwise agreed, Scripta Studios may feature select pages in our portfolio or marketing materials.
